Training and Development Manager Ref:TDM
37hrs per week
Salary: £27,345 - £28,986

This post carries training delivery and management responsibility and would suit someone who wants a challenge, is dynamic, imaginative, qualified and experienced as both an effective manager and a trainer.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the development and delivery of comprehensive and flexible training packages to support individual's development and capacity building. The training will be aimed at unlocking potential and improving quality of life for disadvantaged people and groups facing barriers.

The post holder will be required to work across both Great Yarmouth and Waveney.

This post is funded until August 2013.
