Community Connections has set up 8 CLIPs so far.
A CLIP means:
Community - residents of the neighbourhood and all those who meet to share a common interest
Liaison - people and groups meeting together, sharing ideas, networking, learning and planning together
Information - of any sort which enables people to make choices and participate in decisions about their future
Point - a focal point for communtiy empowerment and development
