Community Connections is involved in a whole range of activities, all revolving around our core aims to support, empower and progress the communities we are working with.  Please see below for summaries of this work and then click on the links for further details of any of these projects:

Health Trainers - Provide support to groups and individuals across Great Yarmouth and Waveney to make positive healthy lifestyle changes

Mobile Food Store (within the Health Trainers project) - Providing fresh produce and lifestyle advice across Great Yarmouth and Waveney.

Community Development Work - Supporting communities to help themselves

Training - Delivering specific training workshops to support the community

Norfolk Unites - Helping all types and sizes of voluntary and community organisations to be in the loop on various funding and partnership opportunities

PAAVS - Supporting voluntary and community groups to deliver their own accredited training

Equipment Hire - Community Connections have a wide range of equipment that can be hired by community members and groups.
